How to pay safely, how to recognise the real ADDPlus+, and answers to common questions.

Buying

Do I need an account to look around? No. You need one only to pay. We email you a code; there is no password.
Who is the seller? The store named on the item. “Sold by” on the product page and your order shows who sells it. The seller sets the price and the delivery.
What has ADDPlus+ checked about a seller? The store page says it: identity reviewed by a person, M-Pesa payout number proven with the seller’s own PIN, location confirmed if an admin has visited or called by video, the date they joined, completed orders and disputes decided against them.
Can I buy from several sellers at once? Yes. You pay once, and each seller gets their own part of the order with its own handover code.
Does ADDPlus+ use tracking or advertising cookies? No. See the cookie notice.

How do I pay? With M-Pesa. After you tap Pay, a prompt appears on your phone; enter your PIN only there.
When does the seller get the money? 2 days after the handover, if you have not reported a problem.
What if the seller never accepts? After 1 day with no answer, that part of your order is refunded.
How do refunds reach me? To the M-Pesa number that paid. Today ADDPlus+ sends each refund by hand and records it; you get an email with the reference.
Can I pay cash on delivery? No. The held payment protects you instead, and it protects the seller from no-shows.
A question about a payment? Start with your order page: it shows where your money is and what happens next.

How do I start? Apply from “Sell on ADDPlus+”. A person at ADDPlus+ reviews your application before your store opens.
What does it cost? Sellers pay 10% of each released sale. All of it goes into the Plus. Refunded sales pay nothing.
How am I paid? Once the money is released to you, you can ask for a payout to your M-Pesa number, at least KES 100.

What will ADDPlus+ never ask for? ADDPlus+ will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN, a sign-in code or a password, on any page, in any email, by SMS or by phone. ADDPlus+ has no passwords at all.
Where do I enter my M-Pesa PIN? Only on the M-Pesa prompt that appears on your own phone after you tap Pay.
Does ADDPlus+ send payment links by SMS? Never. A Safe Pay link comes from the seller, and it only ever opens a page on the ADDPlus+ site.
Someone asks for my sign-in code. Never read it out or forward it to anyone, including someone who says they work for ADDPlus+.
How do I recognise the real ADDPlus+? The real site is addplus.vercel.app. Check the address bar before you sign in or pay. A page on any other address is not ADDPlus+, even if it looks the same.
ADDPlus+ never looks like an M-Pesa screen and never asks you to “confirm” a payment on a web page.
Who may see my handover code? Only the seller, and only once you have the item. Nobody from ADDPlus+ will ask you for one.
