The Plus

Every released sale pays 10% into two shared pots. The collective fund pays grants to stores. The profit-share pool is shared every month among stores that sold well and fairly. These figures come straight from the ADDPlus+ ledger and show totals only.

How it works

Of every released sale's item amount (delivery fees excluded): 5% to the collective fund and 5% to the profit-share pool. The store receives the rest.

The pool is shared once a month. The cut-off is midnight at the end of the month, Nairobi time. A store is eligible if it is active, had no dispute decided against it that month, and had at least 3 orders released to it that month.

Each eligible store gets pool × (its released sales that month ÷ all eligible stores’ released sales that month), rounded down to the cent. What rounding leaves stays in the pool for next month.

Grants: any active store can apply from its workspace. An admin decides each application with a written reason. Stores are named here only if they agree; otherwise the list says "a seller in" their category.

Nothing is taken from the fund or the pool for running ADDPlus+.
